Shamarukh Mohiuddin is Director at The Cadmus Group and Founder of The Bangladesh Project, with over two decades of experience in policy advocacy, global development, trade policy, women’s economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, workforce development, financial inclusion, corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, and value chain sustainability. She has worked across the private and nonprofit sectors, advising senior government officials on global development and foreign policy, as well as corporate executives on sustainability and social impact. Her expertise includes U.S. climate policy, where she has highlighted the need for stronger coordination of adaptation efforts in Bangladesh and underscored the national security implications of climate migration.
