Dr. Shahab Enam Khan (Moderator)

Dr. Shahab Enam Khan is a Professor in the Department of International Relations at Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. He holds a PhD from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India, and has completed fellowships at the University of Delaware (USA) and the University of Birmingham (UK). His research focuses on security, foreign affairs, and public policy, with a regional emphasis on South and Southeast Asia. Dr. Khan has served as a consultant for UNDP, UNODC, UN Women, and the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and is a Senior Fellow at the Hainan Institute of World Watch, China.
