Dr. Amena Mohsin is a retired Professor of International Relations at the University of Dhaka. She earned her PhD from the University of Cambridge. Dr. Mohsin was a founding member of the Department of Women and Gender Studies at Dhaka University and has contributed extensively to research on ethnic minorities, civil-military relations, and nationalism. She has authored several influential books, including The Politics of Nationalism: The Case of the Chittagong Hill Tracts, Bangladesh and The Chittagong Hill Tracts, Bangladesh: On the Difficult Road to Peace. Dr. Mohsin is currently an adjunct professor at North South University.
