Mahdi Amin

Mahdi Amin is a Bangladeshi political figure and key adviser to Tarique Rahman, the acting chairperson of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP). Since August 2024, he has played a central role in shaping and communicating the party’s policies, serving as both strategist and spokesperson. Amin has represented the BNP in numerous public forums and media appearances, including the Bengal Delta Conference in August 2025, where he articulated the party’s positions on democracy, reform, and security.
